The Wooster Compound and Baltimore Railroad is the government run railroad of the Wooster Compound and it’s surrounding settlements. It is closely partnered with Rail & Spike, and they share locomotives, rolling stock, and have an agreement for R&S to build rolling stock for the WC&B.
The only downside is the majority of the railroad is in disrepair. This prevents heavier locomotives from running on WC&B track, outside of R&S partnered main lines. Although, the short lines are more useful for carrying heavy and bulk goods over medium distances that cannot be serviced by road.
